Shot for the layout, not for the archive.

Because I build the pages the photos land on, the shot list starts from the layout: what has to be a wide hero, what needs room for text over it, what has to survive a square crop on a phone.

You get edited, colour-graded files in the sizes and formats the site actually uses, plus the raw selects, with the licensing written down.

Process

How I work

01 Brief I go through where the images will live and what each one has to do.
02 Shot list A concrete list per page slot, so nothing important is discovered on set.
03 Shoot Half a day or a full day, on location or on a simple built set.
04 Select & edit You pick from a proof gallery; the selects get the full grade and retouch.
05 Deliver Exports in every size the site needs, plus originals and the licence.
